There is office equipment available in our business centre: Telephone, fax, computer with internet connection, printer, TV, video and desk space for up to three people. We will happily help you with your business needs and can provide a secretary or translator. For events of all kinds, we offer a 1,100m² meeting and conference area, equipped with the latest technology. Our modern meeting rooms accommodate up to 600 guests. For outdoor events, our "Catering’s Best" service can support functions of 5 to 5,000 people

Food & Beverages

Enjoy our sumptuous breakfast buffet in the restaurant “Signatures” with its conservatory and outside terrace. We serve American and French breakfast delicacies as well as the typical Japanese miso soup and lactose-free products. Monday to Friday: 06:30 to 10:30 Weekends: 07:00 to 14:30 The glassed "Windows Gourmet-Restaurant" on the 9th floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Hanseatic city. Enjoy the special atmosphere and exclusive cuisine of this restaurant, which includes a cigar lounge and four separate private dining rooms. In the restaurant "Signatures" with its open kitchen, the fresh preparation of international delicacies becomes something of a spectacle. When the weather is fine, you can dine on our terrace with a direct view of Wasser Platz. There is capacity for 70 people on the terrace. The "F 10 Bar" has a cosy atmosphere and an extensive drinks list, ranging from the traditional to the unusual, and we also serve lovingly prepared snacks. In the hotel lobby we daily serve traditional English afternoon tea from 15:00 to 18:00. We serve room service food and drinks round the clock.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 20.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 22.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 23.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
