Travel information

By train from the main railway station: You can reach us on foot from the underground station "Hauptbahnhof-Süd" in 2 minutes. By plane: Take the Jasper shuttle bus to the main railway station, or take a taxi to the hotel for about EUR 20. By car: Follow the signs towards the centre/railway station "Hauptbahnhof-Süd".

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
