Arrival by car: - Take the A7 motorway and exit at Hamburg-Othmarschen (the first exit after the tunnel) - Follow the signposts to Altona Arrival by rail: - Travel to Hamburg-Altona station - Walk for approximately 5 minutes along Max-Brauer-Allee towards the Elbe - Take the second road on your left (Schmarjestraße) Arrival by plane: - From Fuhlsbüttel Airport, take the Shuttle Bus 52 as far as Altona station and continue as above

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
