The subway station Reeperbahn is located right in front of the hotel. From here you can reach most of the popular sightseeing attractions within a few minutes walk or a short ride with the city rail (S-Bahn). The hotel is 10 minutes away from the central station (Hauptbahnhof), the city centre and the congress centre and exhibition grounds, by car and public transport. Within 25 minutes, guests can reach Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Airport and the Color Line Arena stadium, by car or public transport.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
