Arriving by car: Via the A7: - Take the exit Hamburg Othmarschen - Turn right into Behringstraße, which then becomes Barnersstraße - Follow this road until you reach the tunnel - In the tunnel, get in the right-hand lane - As soon as you leave the tunnel, turn right into Präsident-Krahn-Straße - After approx. 200 metres you will see the hotel on the left-hand side Arriving by public transport: From the main railway station: - Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S1, S3 or S31 until you reach the station Altona - Take the exit Präsident-Krahn-Straße, turn left and walk along the street - After 100 metres you will see the hotel on the right-hand side

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
