Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 15 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
