If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 16 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
