The hotel car park is at the end of the Graseck road. From there, guests must take the Graseckseilbahn cable car up to the hotel. The journey takes 3 minutes and each car fits 4 people. Hotel guests can use the cable car free of charge. It runs between 07:00 and 22:00, Sunday to Thursday, and from 07:00 until 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
