In
the NOVOTEL Freiburg there are 114 rooms, all usable as singles,
doubles or triples. The rooms are all fitted with a french bed
("grand-lit"), an extra sleeping-sofa, bath/WC, hairdryer, TV,
minibar and telephone.
It is the only hotel in Freiburg with air condition in all rooms.
In the Restaurant "Le Jardin" you can taste regional and
international specialities. In summer there is a big open terrace
where you can enjoy for example a Barbecue with direct view to the
old cathedral.

near the pedestrian area, the cathedral and the other famous
historical buildings; It is perfect for those who want to make a

The NOVOTEL Freiburg is a perfect starting
point for tours into the Black Forrest (Titisee, Triberger
waterfalls, mountain : Schauinsland) or to France (Strassburg,
Colmar, Vosges) or to Switzerland, which is about 60 km. from
Freiburg.
The reception will organize sightseeing
tours, or a wine tasting in a famous "Winzergenossenschaft" in the
wineregion Kaisersthuhl.
Breisach am Rhein is about 20 driving-minutes direction south of
Freiburg, famous for the champagne-company Geldermann, where you
can have a guided tour. Afterwards you can take a round boat
tripl over the Rhein.
