The Golfhotel „SCHLOSS REINACH“ a charming historic estate with 72 rooms and 4 appartements was built in the 17th century. In 1993 it was stylishly renovated and converted in a 4* Hotel.The romantic inner courtyard transmits a feeling of distinction and special atmosphere.
A cosy colourful surounding with an old fashioned tiled stove is the former lodge of the Landlord. Here you may enjoy regional specialities and a varietys of local wines.
We offer a variety of Italian snacks and specialities, as wells as homemade cakes and pastries. All waiting for you in our Bistro “Circuscafe”

We open our doors from 11.00 and serve you cake, coffee specialties and small snacks in a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. In the evenings from 18.00 taste our Italian specialties consisting of refined pasta dishes, delicious pizzas and fresh salads. Then later on, the Circus Café is the place to meet and enjoy some exotic cocktails, good conversation and good music... We bid you a warm welcome to the „Herrehus“ Restaurant, specializing in the regional cuisine of Baden and the Alsace, and in hospitality. The restaurant combines a cozy, warm atmosphere with artistic ambience. Let us spoil you for a few hours in this lovely setting while we present our specialties from the kitchen and the wine cellar. Area information Freiburg-Munzingen, famous for its wine and asparagus, is located only 9 km from the center of Freiburg and just a few minutes from the A5 motorway Frankfurt-Basel. It lies directly at the foot of the well-known 'Tuniberg' vineyards, very close to the 'Kaiserstuhl' mountain. Travel information By car: Autobahn A5 Frankfurt-Basel, exit Freiburg-Süd, follow road towards Tiengen, then continue on towards Munzingen. Make a left at the second traffic light after entering Munzingen. By public transportation: Take tram line #5 at the Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) to the stop 'Munzinger Strasse'. Then take bus #33 or #35 directly to the hotel main gate. Or, we’ll be happy to organize a taxi transfer for you. By plane: Airport Basel/Mulhouse. Ask for our taxi transfer to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 15 per night in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 30 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
