Travel information By car: Exit the A5 motorway at Frankfurt West and follow the signs for Stadtzentrum (city centre). Drive past the Messe (exhibition grounds) and continue towards the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station). Keep to the left lane and turn left at the 1st opportunity (cross the tram tracks). From the Rheinstrasse, turn right into the Savignystrasse and follow it to the end. Turn left into the Erlenstrasse. The Westendstrasse is the 1st side street to the left. You will see the hotel after about 100 metres on the left-hand side. From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main railway station): Leave the station via the Karlstrasse exit and walk to the end of the street. Cross the Mainzer Landstrasse and continue on the Westendstrasse. You will see the hotel after about 100 metres on the left-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
