The hotel is located approximately 30 metres from Frankfurt's main railway station. The city centre, the business district and the exhibition grounds can all be reached on foot from here.

Travel information

Public Transportation: You can take the train, S-Bahn, U-Bahn or bus to the central station. From there, you can reach our hotel within 1 minute. Tramline 11 and 12 (Station Muenchener Street) stops directly before our hotel. Driving by car: - Highway exit A648 towards Frankfurt Stadtmitte/Messe. - F-Stadtmitte/Hauptbahnhof. - Turn left at Platz der Republik (Mainzer Landstrasse). - Head in the direction of Zoo/Stadtmitte/Alte Oper. - Turn right at the third traffic signal (Taunus-Anlage). - Head in the direction of Sachsenhausen/Theater/City-Ring. - Turn right into the Muenchener Strasse. - At the end of the street, you will find our hotel. - Drive into the garage on the right side of the City Bistro.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.50 per person.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 69.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
