Travel information By car: Exit the A3 motorway at Westkreuz Frankfurt. Drive past the main entrance of the Messe (exhibition grounds). At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right onto the Mainzer Landstrasse (the Frankenallee runs parallel to the Mainzer Landstrasse). From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main railway station): Take tram lines 11 or 21 towards Höchst and exit at Schwalbacher Strasse / Ordnungsamt. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away. Alternatively, take S-Bahn (city rail) lines 3,4,5, or 6 towards Kronberg. Exit at the 1st stop, Galluswarte. Leave the Galluswarte station via the Frankenallee exit. The hotel is about 10 minues away on foot.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
