By car: From all motorways, follow the signs for the Stadtzentrum (city centre) or Hauptbahnhof (main railway station). Please note that all drivers need an environmental badge in order to access Frankfurt's city centre. These badges can be bought at the ADAC or TÜV automobile organisations. By train: Leave Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) via the Ausgang Nord (northern exit) or Ausgang Messe (exit for the exhibition grounds). The hotel is just steps away. By plane: From Frankfurt Airport, take S-Bahn (city rail) lines S8 or S9 to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main railway station). Leave the Hauptbahnhof via the Ausgang Nord (northern exit) or Ausgang Messe (exit for the exhibition grounds). The hotel is just steps away.

Area information

From here you have a direct connection to the main train station with a high-speed tube connection to the Rhine-Main airport (approx.10 min.) Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
