Travel information

By car: - From the A661 take exit 14 (Frankfurt-Ost). Drive towards town following the signs for the Zoo/Großmarkthalle/Stadtmitte (Zoo/Large market hall/Town centre). - About 1 km along the Hanauer Landstraße you will see the orange and blue façade of the Goldman 25hours (No. 127) on the right hand side. By public transport: - From the train station take the tram number 11 in the direction Fechenheim/Schießhüttenstrasse until you reach Osthafenplatz (approx. 15 minute journey). From the tram stop you will be able to see our orange and blue façade. - Alternatively, you can take the underground line 6 until you reach the station Ostbahnhof. The hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from here.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
