The hotel reception is open from Monday to Thursday, between 06:30 and 00:00. On Fridays, it is open between 06:30 and 22:00. At the weekend and on public holidays, the reception is open from 07:30 until 12:00, and again from 17:00 until 22:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these times, you can use the hotels check-in machine. Guests wishing to use the check-in machine should contact the hotel in advance to obtain a check-in number. Contact details will be included in your confirmation e-mail. Please note that the check-in number and this web site's reservation number are not the same. Guests arriving by car and using a navigation system should input Goldsteinstrasse 238 as the destination. Please note that bus 78, which has a stop close to the hotel, does not operate at weekends.

If cancelled or modified up to 19:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan
