Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
