The rustic and cosy meeting spot in the evening is “The Eule” – a pub situated in the same building. Here, you can enjoy German, home-style cuisine and 5 sorts of superior beer. Sport events can be watched on a large plasma screen. Enjoy live Bundesliga matches with home-made pea soup on Saturdays! “You come as a foreigner, and leave as a friend!”

Travel information

Via the highway B52 from Duesseldorf: Take exit “Ruettenscheid“, and turn left into Alfredstrasse. Follow the street direction city centre. At the 2nd crossroad turn right into Zweigertstrasse. The extension of this street is Klarastrasse. The hotel is located 300 metres further on the right hand side.

Area information

You can reach the Ruettenscheider Strasse with restaurants and boutiques in 5 walking minutes. In direct proximity there are the philharmonics as well as the Folkwang Museum. A motorway junction is only 1.5 km from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
