All of our guest rooms are equipped with large working area, and some feature access to a balcony or terrace. Our apartments range from 42m² to 52m² in size and comprise separate living room and bedroom. Some include a kitchen and separate balcony or terrace. Our apartments are ideally suited to families of up to 4 persons.

Area information It takes just a few minutes to reach the historic city centre by public transport, including the Frauenkirche and the Semper Opera House. Numerous attractive destinations in and around the Saxonian capital can be reached by car; a motorway connection lies close to the hotel. Travel information By car: - Exit the A4 towards the old quarter of Dresden and turn right towards the city centre (yellow hotel route D). - Follow the B6 Meißner Landstraße until the third traffic lights (Aral service station is on the left-hand side). - Stay on the right and turn right into Cossebauder Straße. After 200 metres turn right onto Mobschatzer Straße. By public transport: By tram: - Coming from the train station take the tram line 7 towards Gorbity to Tharandter Straße. - Change to tram line 12 towards Leutewitz to Ockerwitzer Straße and cross the street. Coming from the city centre: There is a regular tram connection (line 1 and 12) as well as a bus connection (number 94). By airplane: - Coming from the airport take the S1 (airport express) to Freiberger Straße. Change to tram line 12 towards Leutewitz. Go to Ockerwitzer Straße and cross the street.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
