Parking is free of charge.

The rich and healthy breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant daily from 07:00, and is available even earlier on request. The restaurant is open for dinner (every day except Sundays) and serves up choice dishes and culinary seasonal delights. The main speciality is the fresh fish. The terrace under the walnut tree is a particularly attractive spot to relax on summer days.

Area information

First mentioned in 1272, Briesnitz is the oldest district of Dresden and you will find the oldest church in the city here. Right at the hotel there is a beautiful nature reserve, ideal for walking, jogging and bicycle tours. The centre of Dresden is easy to reach by car or public transport. Dresden boasts many attraction such as the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche), the Castle, the Orangerie, the famous Semper opera house.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
