Area information

The hotel is close to the river Elbe, the 'Dresdner Heide' and the city. If you forgot to pack an essential item or are looking for a souvenir there is a shopping centre near the hotel.

Travel information

You can can reach us easily. You take the exit "Dresden Neustadt" on the A4 and about five minutes later you will get to the hotel. Parking areas are available in front of the hotel. Coming from the airport you reach us via autobahn. Also using public transport you will reach your targets fast and easily. (10 minutes to the inner city) Tickets can be provided by us. In spite of this advantagous site the hotel is situated in a quiet surrounding.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
