Our hotel is very close to the "DRESDNER HEIDE" nature preserve. The historic city center of Dresden can be reached in just a few minutes. Tram and bus stops are 300 meters from our hotel. We are 1,5 km from the Dresden airport. The infineon chip making factory and the BG–academy Dresden are in immediate vicinity.

Travel information

Motorway A4 or A 13 – exit "Flughafen", then right. At the intersection of "Flughafen/Karl-Marx-Strasse” turn right towards "Centrum B 97". At the intersection with “ Königsbrücker-Land-Strasse “ turn left and go 300 m to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
