You can reach all the most popular historical and cultural sights quickly and easily on foot, such as the Semper Opera House, the Royal Palace and the Dresden Zwinger Palace.
- A4 exit Dresden-Altstadt.
- B6 Meißner Landstraße towards the city centre.
- At the crossway Schäferstraße / Weißeritzstraße turn left.
- Go straight ahead over the next crossroads (Friedrichstraße / Weißeritzstraße).
- Now you should see a mosque on the right side.
- On the next crossroads (Weißeritzstraße / Pieschener Allee) turn right.
- Drive through the train and car bridge, along the river, by the new congress centre straight ahead.
- Follow the main street.
- By the regional parliament turn left and carry on over the first bridge.
- In front of the next bridge turn right.
- By the synagogue turn right.
- In about 100 m turn right (in front entrance for underground parking), in about 200 meters you can park on the right side.
From the airport:
By car:
- Follow the Flughafenstraße until Königsbrücker Landstraße.
- Turn right (B97) towards the city centre.
- Go straight ahead by the Albertplatz and Carolaplatz
- Go over the Carola bridge.
- By the synagogue turn right.
- In about 100 m turn right (in front entrance for underground parking). In about 200 meters you can park on the right side.
By public transport:
Use the train from the airport terminal to the main station in Dresden, with the streetcar number 3 towards Wilder Mann. Get out at the stop Synagogue and walk to the Brühlschen Terrasse (Bruhl Terrace). After the school of art go down the steps (Münzgasse).
