The hotel offers 37 comfortable rooms housing 70 beds, a fitness room, sauna and solarium. All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone, W-LAN (free of charge for our guests), minibar, shower/WC, hairdryer, soundproof windows, sitting area and writing desk.
To start your day well, you can enjoy our full breakfast buffet with individual service. Our sophisticated gastronomical plates are accompagnied by a rich selection of beverages, as well as freshly pulled Pilsner – whether you are dining or relaxing at the hotel bar.
We have ideal conditions for family events and business meetings of up to 50 persons. We also have functionally designed conference rooms (for 5-30 persons). For our business and conference guests we offer a complete special programme with full board.

Food & Beverages

An extensive breakfast buffet with individual service will help provide a great start to your day. Our cuisine also includes a vast selection of drinks, as well as fresh lager on tap available with meals and in the hotel bar.

As of 01 November 2010, the city of Dortmund will charge an extra tax of 5% on the room accommodation rate (including VAT). This tax will be added to the final guest invoice.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
