Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
