By car on the A27 motorway towards Bremerhafen/Cuxhafen: - Take exit 16 Bremen-Nord. - Turn left onto the A270 towards Bremen Blumenthal, taking exit 2 for Bremen-Lüssum. - Turn left towards Blumenthal onto Lüssumer Straße. Exit Lüssumer Straße and turn right into Fresenbergstraße. - Turn right at the traffic lights into Mühlenstraße. - The hotel is located on the left-hand side. The car park is behind the house (also suitable for lorries and buses).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
