If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy
