Berlin Apartments has all appliances you normally have at home such as TV, stereo, ironing boards, and fitted and functional kitchens where you can cook your own food. But there's no reason why you should cook for yourself if you don't want to: you are located in the most restaurant intensive area in town.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

There is no meal option with this hotel. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
