Rooms

All rooms feature a TV, writing desk, chairs, wardrobe, shelves, a wash basin and a mirror. All rooms are carpeted and have window blinds. Showers and WC are available in the corridor. Guests may choose between double rooms (with a double bed and couch) or twin rooms. Triple rooms consist of a double and single bed, or 3 single beds. Quadruple rooms consist of 4 single beds.

Please note that no meals are served here. For a surcharge, groups can enjoy breakfast.

Check-in is possible after 20:00. Please notify the hotel in advance if you wish to check in after 20:00. Guests arriving later can collect their keys at Bistro Samariter. This is opposite the hotel and stays open until 24:00. The hotel reserves the right to fine guests for smoking or for losing the key. The management places great emphasis on a peaceful environment. Guests are therefore requested not to use the showers from 24:00 until 06:00 and to avoid making any noise between 22:00 and 06:00.

Area information

The hotel is 4 kilometres from Berlin's city motorway or Alexanderplatz in the city centre. Thanks to the direct underground connection from the hotel to Alexanderplatz, guests can quickly and easily get to all of Berlin's main attractions by public transport. These attractions include the TV tower, the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station), the Jewish Museum, Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate and the Ku'Damm boulevard with the Memorial Church.

Travel information

Berlin Tegel airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Take bus line X9 or TXL to Alexanderplatz. Change for underground line U5 and get off at Samariterstraße. The guest house is located opposite the church. Berlin Schönefeld airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Take S-Bahn (city rail) line S9 for Westkreuz. Get off at Ostkreuz and change for line S42. Get off at Frankfurter Straße. From there, take underground line U5 for Alexanderplatz and exit at Samariterstraße. The guest house is located opposite the church.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
