Hotel Transit LoftA modern hotel in an old factory. The yellow-brick, late 19th century building was modernised in 2001: Five floors offering a variety of leisure activities.

Our 47 rooms (1–5 beds) are bright, friendly and functionelly furnished, ideal for families with children and groups. The high-ceilinged rooms are all en-suite, equipped with shower and WC.

Around Kollwitzplatz one finds restaurants, cafès, pubs and bars: From the Kulturbrauerei with its cinemas, clubs and cabaret, trought the Prater, enjoyed by young and old for over a century, to the Berlin Wall memorial Mauerpark, Prenzlauer Berg presents itself as one of Berlins most exciting districts.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
