Hotel NovalisYou find our family controlled hotel Novalis in the heart of Berlin, quite Seitenstrasse, 1-min from Friedrichstrasse and Oranienburgerstrasse distant. In immediate surroundings are: the Friedrichstadtpalast, the museum island, the Reichstag, and a lot a lot of more.
There is our hotel now for more than 50 years. It orders more than 9 rooms which are furnished comfortably and individually. In 2003 the hotel was completely renovated. All our rooms contain shower / WC, TV, and minibar. One Bed more for children or a third person is possible in most cases.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
