The hotel Haus Konstanz is placed in the centre of Berlin, in the quiet and picturesque surroundings.

Our private hotel is situated in a old-Berlin city palace not far from Ku’damm.

The city is easy to reach either on foot – 15 minutes to Ku’damm-, or with the U-Bahn or S-Bahn (city subway), or by bus. Different places of interest and business centres are practically in your sight. For example, The International Congress Centre, the ICC, is only 2 subway stations away from the hotel.
We provide our guests who come to visit Berlin by car with parking places.

Two underground stations which are in direct proximity of the hotel will bring you to almost all angles of Berlin. Distances: - autobahn / motorway 1 km - airport 4 km - train 2.5 km - public transport 0.5 km - fairgrounds 2 km Travel information By Public Transport (from central station): The hotel is located only 25 minutes from the train station. Take the train S75 towards "Spandau" and exit at stop "Charlottenburg". Walk to the U-Bahn stop "Wilmersdorfer Straße" and take the U7 towards "Rudow". Alight at "Konstanzer Straße". The hotel is only 5 minutes from this stop. By Public Transport (from Schönefeld Airport): You can reach the hotel in 50 minutes from the airport. Take the S45 towards "Hermannstraße". Exit at the final stop and change for S41 towards "Südkreuz". Continue until "Hohenzollerndamm". The hotel is located only 7 minutes from this stop. By Public Transport (from Tegel Airport): You can reach the hotel in only 30 minutes. Take bus number 109 towards "Zoologischer Garten" and exit at stop "Jakob-Kaiser-Platz".Cahnge here for U7 towards "Rudow" and exit at "Konstanzer Straße". Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
