Our private hotel is situated in a old-Berlin city palace not far from Ku’damm.

The city is easy to reach either on foot – 15 minutes to Ku’damm-, or with the U-Bahn or S-Bahn (city subway), or by bus. Different places of interest and business centres are practically in your sight. For example, The International Congress Centre, the ICC, is only 2 subway stations away from the hotel.
We provide our guests who come to visit Berlin by car with parking places.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
