Area information

Lankwitzerstrasse and Kaiser Wilhelm Strasse, with their many shops, cafés and restaurants, are just a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy swimming in the nearby public pool or jogging along one of the tracks close by. The Gotland is conveniently located near to the A100 motorway and is only 500 metres from the nearest bus stop. Both Lichterfelde-Ost and Lankwitz S-Bahn (city rail) stations are within walking distance (0.9 km).

Travel information

From the Mainstation, Hauptbahnhof, you take the RE 5, which goes direktly to the Station: Lichterfelde-Ost. Close to the city-autobahn 103, you have the best connections to the center of Berlin. By car, S-Bahn or bus. (S-Bahn (S 25) to Potsdamer Platz - city center - takes 15 min.) By car: Motorway to Steglitz; Birkbuschstrasse - Siemensstrasse; turn right into Mozartstrasse to the end - Humperdingstrasse. The hotel parking lot is on your right hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
