If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 10.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 35 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
