Haus JuliaThis is the right place for those on a budget who still wish to be situated 10 minutes from Berlin's best known and most visited attractions. The Julia House has sturdily built rooms and with a pension feel to them. Facilities include a fridge and a TV. A bathroom separates two rooms. The next underground station (U8/9 Osloer Str.) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. We have a free car park and an elevator. Please see below for a full list of details.

Haus Julia is a small but cozy and very pleasant house. Rooms: 1bed, 2bedded, shared rooms with tv and fridge. Only two rooms share one bathroom. free parking place, spacious lobby with gastronomy, pool and dart and large-size-screen. - please notice: bed linen is available, but you have to bring along your own towels - payments can be accepted only cash or on account in advance

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
