You benefit from more privacy and can experience Berlin individually, first hand.

The option of self-catering means that you can stick to your dietary habits if you wish and save money at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped – there’s an electric cooker, fridge, tableware and kitchenware (from wineglass to frying pan!), cutlery, coffee machine, toaster – making it equally suitable for feasts and quick breakfasts.

A holiday flat is family-friendly because you can leave your children in the flat for a while. The furnishings are not standardised like in Berlin’s guest houses and hotels. Every holiday flat is furnished tastefully and with loving care.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

There is no meal option with this hotel. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
