Our 50 rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. As one of the first hotels in Berlin we will offer only non-smoking rooms starting from 01 October 2007. All public areas are already smoke free. Equipment and services includes shower/toilet, radio, telephone with voice mail, cable TV, mini bar, wireless LAN internet access (Wi-Fi) and personal alarm call. We also offer underground parking spaces on request.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
