Travel information

The best way to reach our hotel is by the highway A10 "Berliner Ring". At the interchange Pankow you follow the A114 to the exit "Pasewalker Straße". Turn right towards "Französisch Buchholz". After approximately 400 metres on the right you will find the hotel.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
