Located centrally in the West City, on the top floors of an old, modernized Berlin building (with elevator), with 12 accommodations, a conference room and an idyllic sun deck. Food & Beverages

We serve a rich and varied breakfast with fresh fruit, vegetables and cereals, eggs, sausage, cheese, marmelade, dairy procts and much much more in our cosy breakfast room with sun terrace. The bar is open until 22:00. The sun terrace also has a beverage self-service that our female guests can use 24 hours.

Please let us know beforehand if you have any special wishes regarding bedding or breakfast - we will do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 8 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
