Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 8 years is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
