Located in the green and exclusive quarter of Berlin-Westend. By underground from the near station Theodor-Heuss-Platz the city centre can be reached in 15 min. Enjoy shopping tours and a stroll on Reichstrasse, which is only 5 min. far. Cabaret "Die Wühlmäuse" and the opera "Deutsche Oper" are nearby. We book your tickets - just ask for it. By car Spandau and the peaceful green surroundings can be reached in a few minutes.

By Plane: You can book your exclusive Airport-VIP-Shuttle by calling the hotel directly at the number on your confirmation e-mail. You will be met at the gate with a sign or at the meeting point. Rates for shuttle service (2007): Schoenefeld Airport to Hotel Villa Kastania: Approximately EUR 27 one-way. Tegel Airport to Hotel Villa Kastania: Approximately EUR 19 one way.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per child under 14 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 7 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
