The reception closes at 24:00. Guests arriving after 24:00 can check in using the hotel's check-in machine. To receive the PIN code, please contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. An airport shuttle is available on request. Guests can book the shuttle by calling the hotel using the details on the confirmation e-mail. Guests will be picked up at the airport gate.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9 per night per child under 14 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 7 years.  Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 6 years is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
