Area information

Our comfort-apartments are situated in the middle of Berlin’s art and restaurant scene, and is only 300 metres from the Friedrichstadtpalast with its various theatre shows and 600 metres from the famous River Spree. A 10-minute tram ride brings you to the famous Hackeschen Markt with it's numerous beatufiul courtyards and artistic shops, Museum Island with its unique collection and changing exhibits in the Altes Nationalgalerie, the Pergamon, as well as the Altes Museum and the newly opened Bodemuseum. Also easily reached by foot or a 15-minute S-Bahn ride is the street Unter Den Linden and the Brandenburg Tor which used to be right on the border of east and west Berlin. Just over 1.5 km away is the Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most impressive squares in Europe with the German and French Doms as well cafes and shops surrounding it.

By Car: - Get on the A100 heading towards Tegel/Hamburg/Wedding. - Keep driving along this street as it turns into Seestr. Cross Muellerstr and at your next big intersection turn right onto Reinickendorfer Straße. - Keep to the right as this street turns into Fennstr. - Turn Left on Mueller Str and keep right as this street turns into Friedrichstr. - The building is located at Friedrichstr 121. From Schoenefeld Airport: Take either the regional train heading to Nauen or the S-Bahn heading to Spandau. Transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Tegel. Get off the train at Oranienburger Tor and walk 100 metres north along Friedrichstr. until you reach the apartments at Friedrichstr 121. From Tegel Airport: Get on the bus 128 heading towards Osloerstr. Transfer at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz to the U6 heading towards Alt-Mariendorf. Get off the train at Oranienburger Tor and walk 100 metres north along Friedrichstr. until you reach the apartments at Friedrichstr 121. From Hauptbahnhof (Central Station): Take any of the S-bahns heading east from this train station. Transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Tegel. Get off the train at Oranienburger Tor and walk 100 metres north along Friedrichstr. until you reach the apartments at Friedrichstr 121. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
