Reception is open between 08:00 and 20:00. It is located at 68 Mauerstrasse, on the corner of Leipziger Strasse. Please give the hotel prior notice if you intend to arrive early or late. Guests checking in early can leave their luggage and use the public facilities. Guests checking in late will find their room key in the hotel safe. The combination to the safe will be supplied when you contact the hotel in advance.
