Within months of opening in 1999 the "Catering 31" earned its name as one of the hottest services for special events in business, politics and in the arts. Superb counselling in the early stages of planning an event is provided alongside a convincing product quality and highly unusual catering creations. "We count on imaginative and innovative catering ideas. "We intend our customers to savour a feast with all their senses", says Kranz. An experienced team develops tailor-made and fine-tuned catering concepts for conventions, banquets and opening nights. The stunning diversity of menus, canapés, finger food, cocktails, aperitifs, wines, beers, digestives and desserts available shows the ease with which the most succinct demands are being met.

Bagels, Snack & Co - the "Deli 31" 
Early risers are being served their extra-strong espresso, frothy café latte or simple, freshly squeezed orange juice with a dazzling smile as early as 8 a.m. Starting midmorning, delicious and alternating snacks, lunches, mini-menu's and bagel-variations attract customers with a limited time budget to enjoy this high class version of a New York deli. Food and beverages are put together on the spot according to individual preferences. Coffee is more than just a drink - it symbolizes pleasure, a celebration of life, the art of being. Owing to this philosophy, the espresso bar of the Bleibtreu hotel brews and serves a wide range of the finest coffees for those favouring this "strong" drink. Apart from espresso pure, espresso con latte, the "Viennese melange", latte macchiato or "Schümlikaffee" you will find a wide range of international cocktails on the menu of this bar. Beauty-Source Wellness at the Bleibtreu Hotel Beauty is based on wellness! 
Hotel guests as well as locals value the exquisite wellness area in the Bleibtreu. Materials like slate, glass and fragrant wooden planks in unison with the soothing sound of running water and the tingling smell of a Roman steam sauna invigorate the senses. Wellness expert and certified healing practitioner Susanne Rheinthal offers her master skills in reflexology massages, ayurvedic oil applications and treatments draining the body of lymphatic wastes.
