How to reach us: By car: Motorway A5 Frankfurt-Basel, exit Baden-Baden. You reach the city via feeder road B 500, then follow the direction 'Congress'. Drive through the Michaelstunnel and take the first exit. At the end of this exit, turn left into the 'Lichtentalerstraße' and still follow the sign 'Congress, Augustaplatz und Hotel Route' straight away across the traffic light. At the second intersection, turn into the 'Stefanienstraße' and then at the third intersection turn left into the 'Merkurstraße'. Train connection: The railway station is approximately 6 km away, outside the centre. You can reach us by taking the bus line 201 till the stopping place 'Augustaplatz' (daily, every 10 minutes).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 3 to 15 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
