Reception is open until 24:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that guests are required to pay a deposit for the key and remote control on arrival.

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
