By train: Almost every passing train stops at Baden-Baden ICE-train station. From the station take bus number 201, 205, 243, 244 or 245, which travel daily rom 06.00 am to 01.00 pm every ten minutes between the station and the Festspielhaus bus stop. By plane: The regional airport is only 15 km from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
