Travel information By car: - Coming along the A5 towards Basel, exit at Baden-Baden. - Head towards Thermen and Gaggenau. - After approximately 600 metres (after the Schloßbergtunnel) our hotel is on the right hand side. Parking is behind the hotel.
Area information The hotel is situated in the middle of a beautiful natural reserve. Along the hotel you can find paths for Nordic Walking and multiple hiking tracks. The hotel is only 12 minutes away by foot from the spa resort Baden-Baden.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
