Area information

Filsen is located at the biggest bend of the Rhine River and a ferry operates between it and Boppard on the opposite bank. Lahnstein to the north and Loreley to the south are just 15 kilometres away and well worth a visit. The hotel’s own brochures on the area are available from reception, as well as route plans for motorcyclists and hikers.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
