By car: Take direction Aachen/Centre to the Europaplatz. Continue towards the city centre till the Hansemannplatz, then take a right towards the casino. After 500m you will find the hotel on the left hand side. Parking lots on request and depending on availability: EUR 8 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 16.50 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
